Innotek Story

Innotek Inc., incorporated in early 2013, is an IT consulting firm in Indonesia which is focused on the design, development, implementation, support and maintenance of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for small and medium companies. The company utilized Odoo platform, which is an open source ERP platform, which had been developed by online web developers and managed by Odoo in Belgium (formerly called OpenERP). Innotek had signed a Technical Assistance agreement with Odoo belgium to become an official partner in Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia. Innotek also developed partnership with Adsoft Indonesia, which is the first Odoo partner in Indonesia, to gain access to functional and technical trainings and develop the necessary human resources to conduct implementation services.

We offer services in designing and developing Odoo (formerly OpenERP) and web based ISO document management system in Indonesia and globally. Our applications are for small and medium enterprise especially in the manufacturing industry with modules ranging from Sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Manufacturing Management (MRP), Document Management System (DMS), Accounting Management, Project Management, Purchase Management, and Human Resource Management (HRM).

Innotek built a strategic partnership with Premysis Consulting, which is one of the largest business consulting firm in Indonesia with access to 1,400 corporate customers in Indonesia. Alongside Premysis Consulting, Ovan planned to commercialize the Odoo ERP platforms to small and medium businesses in Indonesia. The company also had a strategic agreement to develop business management modules – such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, ISO 16949, Balanced Score Card, HACCP – using Odoo platforms and commercialize these modules to Premysis’ 1,400 corporate customers. There had not yet companies that attempted to develop these business modules using an ERP platform; thus, the company hoped that the synergy between Innotek’s developers & Premysis’ consultants would result in a product that is not only innovative but create values for Indonesian and Global Enterprises.
